From a young age, Kestra has been fascinated with the transformative artistry that comes with makeup. One of her fondest childhood memories is watching Fashion Television, while she simultaneously drew bright and colourful recreations of the couture looks she witnessed coming down the runway.

Her passion continued from her time on stage as a singer and performer, creating various makeup looks that reflected the tone of the music and environment. Immediately after graduating the Comprehensive hair + makeup program at Wink Makeup Academy in 2011, Kestra jumped right into the film industry, creating looks that helped the characters come to life on screen, before finding her way back to her initial love: fashion.

With every project, Kestra brings her unique aesthetic, with a strong focus on creating flawless skin on people of all ages and ethnicities, vibrant pops of colour, and a sense of fluidity that bring the looks to life.

Kestra’s passion for artistry and ability to view the larger picture as well as finer details can also be seen in her work as a creative director. Her knowledge of colour theory, lighting, texture, and vibrant personality and versatility make her an essential part of any team.
